Shipping & Returns

These apply from the day the store opens.

Dispatch

Orders received by noon Pacific, Monday to Friday, leave the same day. Orders after noon, or on a weekend, leave the next business day.

Delivery

• FedEx Ground, two to five business days. Complimentary on orders of $150 and above; $10 on orders under $150.
• FedEx Standard Overnight, $35 on any order placed by noon Pacific on a business day.
• We currently deliver within the United States.

A tracking number is sent by email as your order leaves us.

Returns

Unopened, unused pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment. Write to us with your order number and we will send a prepaid label.

For hygiene reasons, opened products and derma rollers or Scalp Stamps with a broken seal cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued within five business days of the return reaching us.

Damaged or incorrect

If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within seven days with a photograph. We will replace it at no cost.
